# AML/CFT Policy

Drake Exchange is committed to mitigating illicit finance risks and operates under a risk-based AML/CFT framework.

The protocol integrates blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis to screen wallet addresses and monitor on-chain activity. Access to the official interface is restricted for sanctioned or high-risk users, and geo-blocking measures are implemented for certain jurisdictions.

As a non-custodial protocol, Drake does not control user funds. However, the team maintains compliance controls at the interface and operational levels and supports enhanced due diligence for institutional participants.
